Where are you located? The Collective is 30 minutes northwest of Syracuse.

Do you deliver? Yes! We deliver on Wednesdays within 50 miles of the Collective with fees calculated based on distance. There is a $100 order minimum for deliveries.
What are your hours? Our hours are by appointment only.

Can I visit in person to shop from your cooler? At this time we only offer preorders for regular sales. Be sure to keep up with our events page to find out about our next in-person shopping event!

Where can I access your price list? While our complete price list is not available to the general public, you can learn more about our pricing categories here to help you plan your budget in advance.
What forms of payment do you take? We accept credit cards through Rooted Farmers as well as cash or check.
​How far in advance can I preorder? Buyers may place orders from Wednesday through Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday. While we cannot accommodate preorders months ahead, we ask that buyers please share their event schedule with us in as much detail as possible so we can grow the crops you need.​
