Take your time while shopping. Our e-commerce platform reserves items added to your cart for one hour, giving you plenty of time to browse.

About Our BUYER Pass
Investment: $50 New Buyer or $20 Returning Buyer
​The Buyer Pass offers one fiscal year of access to buyer privileges, including full access to the Collective's goods and services.

Eligibility
Buyers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Run a professional floral or related business within 50 miles of Syracuse, New York

Have at least one year of professional floristry experience

Submit an application to share details about your floral needs

Provide a current resale certificate (NYS Form ST-120)

Create a free account with Rooted Farmers to place orders
Purchasing through the Collective

Growers submit availability via Rooted Farmers by Wednesday morning for delivery the following week, and may add new items throughout the rest of the week as new items bloom.

Buyers can preorder any time from Wednesday through Sunday.

Deliveries are available on Wednesdays from 9:00am-1:00pm, with fees calculated based on distance from the Collective.

Pickup orders may come to the hub on Wednesdays from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Invoicing and Payments
Once you are connected with the Flower Collective on Rooted Farmers, payment and processing is easy!
Buyers who prefer to pay with cash or check must pay on arrival. Buyers who provide an authorized credit card number when placing their order on Rooted Farmers will be charged on Thursdays.
