About the Collective
Our Mission
The Flower Collective of Central New York is the first wholesale business of its kind in our region, sourcing exclusively from local farms throughout the greater Syracuse area. We aim to disrupt the traditional supply chain by connecting flower farmers directly to local florists, design professionals, and flower lovers. It is our mission to not only provide outstanding products, but also to foster a deep sense of community, connection, and support amongst our members.
Meet the Owners

Claire is a flower grower and entrepreneur who recently transplanted to the greater Syracuse area. After the 2022 growing season she noticed how many small flower farms there were in the area, but there wasn't an easy way for them to sell wholesale. Starting the Collective was born out of her own need for community and wanting to focus on growing flowers.

Stephanie is the owner of Brainard Farmette, where she cultivates pure raw honey in addition to a wide variety of summer blooms. Stephanie is passionate about connection and community. With a degree in business in entrepreneurship, she focuses on nurturing our relationship with florists, reaching out to new clients, and building connections amongst growers in the region.

Samantha is the owner of Ludlow Farms CNY along with her husband, Caleb. In 2019, they traded life in the suburbs for life on a 15 acre farm. The first summer they tried growing a large vegetable garden with a few flowers on the side. The veggies did terribly but the flowers thrived and gave them the idea for a cut-flower business.

Victoria initially began as a produce and herb farm, and shifted to wholesale specialty cut flowers and foliage. She brings a passion for regenerative agriculture and research-based practices, and believes that the cut flower industry has a great deal of room for improvement when it comes to producing safer, fresher, more eco-conscious products.
